The Herb family hosted a Baby Shower for Rachel and baby Scarlett Kaye at John’s Place on Saturday June16th. It was a very hot day outside with temperatures reaching in the high 90’s and of course the barn does not have air conditioning. With keeping the barn closed up and a lot of fans running the 30+ attendees seemed to have a wonderful time. As with the Herb tradition, the decorations were perfect and country elegant. A light lunch was served banquet style and afterward Rachel was busy opening gifts for the baby.
