It was an honor for John’s Place to host the Men’s Group from Genesis Church in Coralville IA on Friday evening 9/11/15. The group gathered at 7:00 and started into their fellowship by playing some bag toss, throwing a base ball, and snacking. At 8:00 their guest speaker, Keith Carlson from the Church Discipleship Ministry at The Navigators spoke on the importance of men being true to their christian mission of raising godly families, mentoring others that touch their life, and being strong in their faith so that those around them can see their god given strengths.
