Danielle and Jameson held their wedding and reception at John’s Place on Saturday 10/4/2025. Although there was wind to contend with, the day worked out perfectly. All of the guests enjoyed the great Barbeque meal, as well as fun times sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.

The Vail family held their reunion at John’s Place on Saturday August 2nd. The real reason the of reunion was to celebrate David Vail’s 85th birthday! The family had Elvis stop by to Sing and dance with them. Everyone had a great time!

The Ferrie Clan held their Annual Family reunion at John’s Place on Sunday July 13th. This is their fourth year celebrating with family at John’s Place and everyone had a great time. The family also allowed us to use a drone and video photography that will be used as an adverting piece.

Well for 3 years in row we have had the Cobb Family to John’s Place for their Annual reunion. Everyone had a great time even though they had to move chairs from one shady spot to another. We are excited they have already book for next year as well.

Payton and Makenzie Pelke held their wedding at John’s Place on Saturday June 28th 2025. The hot weather did cause some concern but by placing seats in the available shade the guests were not sun burned, but the humidity did still cause a concern. There was plenty of time for eating and enjoying the time with friends and family. Thankfully the humidity dropped as the evening wore on allowing more outside activities and fun.

Jason and Tamara Boeckers got married at John’s Place on Saturday June 21st. Even though the weather was forecasted to be very hot and muggy they found a shady spot with a nice breeze that kept their guests cool while the wedding went on without a hitch. After the wedding all the guests met at a local air-conditioned venue to enjoy the after party.

Jason Boeckers and Tamara Chadima held their Wedding Rehearsal at John’s Place on Friday June 20th. Family and friends we on had to help them prepare for the wedding the next day and to get to know the new family member joining their circle. Lots of good food, conversations and games for everyone.
