Our big project At John’s Place for this year was getting bathrooms added to the front of the barn hoping to make it more desirable to potential clients. We started to dig the plumbing lines in early March. Due to continuous rain we had to re-dig out the trenches for the footers 3 times. Finally got the footers poured in early June. Due to continued rain problems we finally got the pad poured in Early July. From there we took two months to frame, enclose, insulate, paint and finish the install just before a wedding on September 7th that hosted almost 300 people. Needless to say the baths got a lot of use that day and proved to be very successful.
